Welcome to CamScanner! This Agreement is concluded between you and INTSIG PTE. LTD. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “CamScanner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and applies exclusively to products and services relating to CamScanner hardware products (hereinafter referred to as “Our Services”). The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink, constitute a valid and legally binding agreement between you and us. You may use Our Services only if you agree to form this binding Terms with us. If you are considered a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use Our Services only with the consent and under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian, and such parent or legal guardian shall agree to be bound by these terms. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, and/ or contributors of content.
1. Products and Services
1.1 CamScanner hardware products or services may be available through the website. The website https://store.camscanner.com/ is operated by INTSIG PTE. LTD. and its affiliates.
1.2 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
1.3 When you place an order, you must ensure that the recipient and shipping information you provide is true, complete, accurate, and current. You understand and agree that the Products you purchase are to be received and inspected by the recipient you designate, and that you are solely responsible for any loss caused by inaccurate recipient information.
1.4 You should inspect the Product upon delivery. If you discover that a Product (including packaging) is damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact CamScanner customer support at the first opportunity, and in any event within three (3) days of delivery, and provide clear photographs of the affected Product together with the corresponding order number so that we can assist you. Where we confirm that a Product was damaged in transit, is materially defective, materially fails to conform to the order you placed, or is missing items, we will, at our option and at no further cost to you, replace the Product or refund the amount you paid for it. This is your exclusive remedy in respect of such Products, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
1.5 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
2.1 Prices, product descriptions, and availability are shown on the applicable Service interface and may change at any time before you place an order. We use commercially reasonable efforts to display accurate information but do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free.
2.2 Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an accepted order (with a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled items) if, for example, the order contains an error, we suspect fraud, or we are unable to fulfill it.
2.3 You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. You are responsible for providing valid, authorized payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (including Shopify Payments and/or any other processor identified at checkout), and we do not store your full payment card details.
2.4 The products and services displayed on the Services may not be available for purchase everywhere. The reference the Services does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time in your particular location, or at the price or terms displayed on the Services. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other Services content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
2.5 OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, INCLUDING THEIR AVAILABILITY, APPEARANCE, PRICE, AND SPECIFICATIONS, ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. SUCH INFORMATION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR OTHER COMMITMENT BY US.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 We arrange delivery through third-party logistics providers to the shipping address you designate. Certain remote areas may be ineligible for delivery due to distance, carrier restrictions, or events of force majeure. Please review the product details and shipping information, or consult customer support, before purchasing.
3.2 We will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered within the expected timeframe. BUT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND THAT, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Delivery may be delayed by abnormal weather, force majeure, holidays, split shipments, carrier delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the Product to the shipping address you designate. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any import duties, customs charges, or similar levies are your responsibility.
4. Software License and Service Use
4.1 Limited License
Subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use Our Services, for so long as you are not barred from receiving Our Services under the laws applicable to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CamScanner. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You must not use Our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law. When using the Services, you must not, and must not attempt or permit any third party to, engage in any of the following conduct or submit any User Content that falls within any of the following descriptions:
4.2.1 resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our prior written authorization;
4.2.2 infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights, or disclose another person's private or personal information without authorization;
4.2.3 is defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, deceptive, false, or misleading;
4.2.4 is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or that constitutes or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the sexual exploitation of minors, or any other content harmful to minors;
4.2.5 is harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, or that promotes or incites violence, discrimination, or harm against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
4.2.6 promotes terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, or illegal weapons or controlled substances;
4.2.7 contains viruses, malware, or any code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, damage, disable, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or communications equipment;
4.2.8 attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Services, our servers, networks, or security systems, including through scraping, crawling, bots, port scanning, or accessing data or accounts you are not authorized to access;
4.2.9 reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or trade secrets underlying the Services, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
4.2.10 use the Services to develop, train, or improve a competing product or service, or to obtain information related to the Services' algorithms;
4.2.11 impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, or circumvent any usage limits, security measures, or access controls.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 As between you and CamScanner, CamScanner or its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, technology, code, user interfaces, webpages, text, graphics, images, audio, video, designs, trademarks, logos, and other materials (excluding your User Content), and all associated intellectual property rights, subject to the rights of applicable rights holders.
5.2 The "CamScanner" name, logo, and all related names and marks are trademarks of CamScanner or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
6. Privacy
Protecting your information is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information. Please review the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1 THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAMSCANNER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME STATES AND PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
7.2 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES CAUSED BY EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING VIRUSES, MALWARE, HACKER ATTACKS, EQUIPMENT OR NETWORK FAILURES, OR NATURAL DISASTERS.
7.3 The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party platforms, application programming interfaces (APIs), or software development kits (SDKs). Such links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute any endorsement, warranty, or assumption of responsibility by CamScanner for those third parties or their products or services. Your use of any third-party product or service is subject to that third party's terms, and you assume all associated risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CAMSCANNER OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
8.2 You are solely responsible for, and CamScanner is not liable for, losses arising from: (a) your use of the Services in a manner that does not comply with these Terms or our published rules; (b) inaccurate contact or recipient information you provide, or your failure to receive notices as a result; or (c) other causes attributable to you.
8.3 Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CamScanner and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your use or misuse of the Services; (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore; and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or connected with this Agreement (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise), including its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be submitted to the courts of the place where we are located for litigation.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and us governing your use of our Services. Additional rules, policies, guidelines, or notices that we publish for promotions or purchases (including any Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, or Acceptable Use guidelines) are incorporated into and form an integral part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the more specific terms applicable to a particular feature or purchase will control for that feature or purchase.
11.2 Severability
If any court or arbitrator having jurisdiction over the matter determines that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms without affecting the remainder of these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and will remain legally binding and enforceable on you and us.
11.3 No Waiver
Except as otherwise provided in these Terms, no party shall be deemed to have waived any right under these Terms by failing to exercise, or delaying in exercising, that right.
11.4 Headings Have No Legal Effect
The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
11.5 Changes to These Terms. We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The version of the Terms in effect when you place an order governs that order.
11.6 Feedback. If you send us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and exploit that feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
